POLICIES and procedures |

Registration: Registration for courses and trips is taken by mail. We do not take reservations by e-mail or phone. Although we would love to see and chat with all of you, we discourage registration or payment in person at our office, due to our limited office hours and staff. Please click the link to the left labeled “Registration Form”, print one out, fill it in, and mail it to our office with the appropriate payment.
Confirmation: Persons registering for trips should send a SASE, which we will use in sending a confirmation letter 4-6 weeks prior to your trip. We DO NOT send confirmations for courses. If you would like to receive confirmation for a course, enclose a SASE and note this on your registration form.
Cancellation: If you must cancel a reservation for a trip, we will refund you (less $15pp for day trips, $25pp for overnights), IF we can replace you from a waiting list. If we cannot replace you, we cannot refund you. Once you make a reservation, that ticket is purchased, and we cannot refund unless it is re-sold. We do not issue refunds for courses unless we cancel the course.
Registration Fees: All trip and course registrants are subject to a $5 registration fee, per person, per semester, unless you are a child. The registration fee is non-refundable.
A Few Notes on Group Travel: Our tours/trips are very carefully planned in advance with you, the participant, in mind. For this reason, we cannot change the itinerary of any of our trips/tours at your request, but we are always happy to take suggestions for next time. In addition, we cannot accommodate special requests such as reserved seating on the motorcoach, in restaurants, or at any event with open seating. For ticketed events, we will do our best to seat you as a group if you request it and register TOGETHER. However, due to the fact that there are times that we receive odd numbers of seats in theatre rows, etc., we may have to split very large groups. Please be courteous to your neighbors on our motorcoaches by refraining from use of your cell phone unless it is an emergency. This can be distracting to those around you and can also prevent you from hearing important information pertaining to your trip such as pickup spots and times, as well as last-minute itinerary changes. Please be on time to meeting places when required, as it adds to the enjoyment of the group when we are on schedule. Group travel can be fun, exciting and fulfilling when everyone works together!
